Living Under Grace for Power and Wisdom of God
There is a higher secret of wealth, power and prosperity that transcends even the majority of those who have attained a certain measure of wealth, power and prosperity. To those who attain and live by this higher secret, what they can attain is far greater. If you have attained a certain measure of success and feel that something is against you by resisting further success, it is because you are learning the higher secret. The secret is the meek shall inherit the earth. Meekness means acknowledge the divine.
People fall into two extremes when they experience prosperity. The first extreme is they start to become full of themselves. They think that they created it all with their own power, and then they start to run into difficulties and frustration. Realize that it is God who gives you wealth. The second extreme is they start to have a guilty conscience because they feel they don’t deserve it. Of course you don’t deserve it, that’s why it’s called Grace. His ever-present desire is to give to us because of who He is, and not because of what we have done or who we are. When you live life with the attitude that every good that comes your way is by the Grace of God, you can receive it freely without thinking whether you deserve it. The other way is to know you deserve to be blessed because of who you are in Christ. As He is, so are you in this world. Does Christ deserve to be blessed? Yes, and so do you because you are found in Him. You are a son of God through Him.
God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. Those who have achieved a certain measure of success would become sure of their own power and have a certain sense of pride about them. It is ok to feel great about oneself and one’s achievement, but one must not think to the extent of being greater than others. There is only one who is The Great, and that is God. Humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. Those who receive the kingdom seek refuge in God.
What we seek after is the wisdom of God, for it brings to us the power of God. It is the power to create wealth, happiness and everything we desire in life. We think of the wisdom of God as only the universal aspect of God such as understanding universal laws and consciousness. But yet at times even when we applied the laws of success and the metaphysical techniques, we can still fail utterly at getting what we want. No matter what others say, there’s still something missing and something not complete.
For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe. For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom. Conscious knowledge is still only the wisdom of world.
The word world here means the “Cosmos.” Understanding cosmic laws and forces is still not enough to know the wisdom of God. But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumbling block, and unto the Greeks foolishness. The Jews believe in the old covenant of mosaic laws where people suffer the curse of the law for doing evil, and are blessed according to their obedience to the law. It’s a stumbling block for them to believe that Christ redeemed them from the curse of the law and the old is abolished.
The Greeks who were the center place for wisdom with all their great philosophers and thinkers had originated Gnosis. They see the esoteric meaning of the whole Bible and believe that those who see the Bible from a perspective of the Personal Aspect of God in terms of literal salvation from sins are foolish. For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. The world seeks after the wisdom and power of God only through the cosmic paths.
But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ is the power of God, and the wisdom of God. This is the whole secret of God with His Personal Aspect as the central figure. Jesus Christ is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption. That, according as it is written, He that glories, let him glory in the Lord. God’s way is that all our abundance, happiness and blessings come through the cross. The way of the cross is the True God Yahweh or Jehovah’s plan.
When God brought his people out of Egypt and into the promised land of Canaan, he took them via the path of crossing the Red Sea and also the River Jordan. This is the indirect path. When the Philistines came from the region of Egypt and went to attack Israel in their promised land, they took the direct path. Satan’s way is for the world to go straight to God through the cosmic way alone and bypassing the cross. Enlightenment seems to be the more direct path to God whereas Salvation seems the indirect.
The True God Yahweh or Jehovah’s way is for us to come to God and all of his abundance and power through The Cross of Jesus Christ. This is so that all glory would go to Jesus Christ which is the embodiment of his Love and his Personal Aspect. The indirect path seems foolish to those following the direct path. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men. The path of Christianity is actually wiser and greater although it seems to be dumb and weaker.
For you see how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yes, and things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are. This is why we seem to know nothing when we thought we know everything. God is wisdom.
Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect, not perfect in and of themselves but whose perfection are found in Christ Jesus: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nothing. Even those elite in positions of power and being world rulers who know not God have their wisdom being ultimately made as nothing. But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory. The mystery is Yahshuah.
